Current students can request their Official transcript through MyIvy by taking the following steps:
Unofficial Transcript
To obtain an unofficial transcript, follow the below steps:
If you have not attended Ivy Tech in two or more years and do not have access to MyIvy, you may request a transcript through Parchment , which is Ivy Tech's third-party transcript provider. If you are new to Parchment, you will first need to create an account.
Students who need to send a transcript to Ivy Tech may send transcripts electronically or via mail. Below are instructions.
Electronic Transcript
If your previous institution uses a Secure E-Transcript Service, you may request that your secure official transcript be emailed to us at transcripts@ivytech.edu. The E-transcript service is a very efficient way to have your transcript sent to us. In most cases, it arrives in our office the same day you request it.
