Form Description
Assessment Search Form (PDF) Assessments are a non-ad valorem assessment billed annually to all owners of real property in Pasco County. Any unpaid water, sewer, or solid waste assessments will be levied against a parcel and are subject to penalties and lien activity. Title searches are not considered complete without checking for unpaid assessments. In addition, assessment searches are used to verify services for the property.

Requirements checklist to submit a builder application includes an assignment letter and property appraiser record. Please allow 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) for your application to be reviewed and processed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions for payment details on any applicable fees and/or deposits.

Engineering & Contract Management

An issued Letter of Commitment is required before FDEP Permit Applications can be accepted or processed. FDEP requirements vary based on project details and are determined during the review process for issuance of the Letter of Commitment (LOC).

Not all projects require FDEP Permits.

Utilities Engineering and Contract Management will provide a list of required FDEP Application documents and submittal procedure to the Permittee and Engineer of Record via email within 3 business days of LOC issuance.

NO UTILITY CONSTRUCTION IS AUTHORIZED UNTIL REQUIRED FDEP PERMITS HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

Projects with NO FDEP Permit Required

Utilities Engineering and Contract Management will provide a list of required Final Utility Clearance documents and submittal procedure to the Permittee and Engineer of Record via email within 3 business days of LOC issuance if there are NO FDEP requirements.

FDEP Permitted Projects

Utilities Engineering and Contract Management will provide a list of required FDEP Clearance documents and submittal procedure to the Permittee and Engineer of Record via email within 3 business days of FDEP Permit issuance.
